Select rooms and apartments include comfortable waterbeds.
Relax in our spa area that includes a steam room, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, and relaxation room with a starry sky. The medicinal massage table with 16 different programs will also help you unwind. In winter the spa can be used free of charge and in summer there is a small fee.

In front of our Farm in Radstadt you will find ample space for parking as well as a shelter for motorcycles.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Pets are not allowed at Bleiwanghof.

When staying in rooms for less than 3 nights, we add a charge of € 3.- per night.
On check-in day, apartments and rooms are available from 14:00 onward. We ask that on the day of departure, your room is free by 10:00.
Specified holiday apartment and room prices include local tax.
We charge between € 25.- to € 30.- for final cleaning of holiday apartments.
In order to confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid into our bank account. The remaining sum must be paid in cash on the eve of your departure.
Booking conditions are subject to Österreichischen Hotelreglement (Austrian Hotel Regulations).
A booking is a sales agreement and therefore in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure we would recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance
